Grilled Vanilla Peaches

- 8 firestone peaches
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbl veg oil
- 1 1/2 Tbl Light-Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp water
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high. Combine juice of lemon and oil in bowl. Ad peeled, halved peaches and toss to coat. Place peaches with liquid on parchment lined foil.
- Stir together sugar, water, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Brush over peaches. Fold foil to make packet, crimping edges to seal.
- Grill for 15 minutes.
- Slices peaches and divide among bowls, serving with ice cream.
