    1 can mushroom soup
    1 lb ground beef
    1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 egg beaten
    1/4 cup fine chopped onion
    1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushroom

    Recipe



    1. In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of the soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion.

    2. Shape firmly into 6 patties. Brown patties a few at a time, both sides. Spoon off fat, set aside.

    3. Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms, return patties to the skillet, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done. Turn patties occasionally.

    4. Allow to cool and place in patties and sauce in a freezer bag. Lay flat to freeze.

    5. Allow to thaw during the day (take out before work) Reheat and enjoy.
