    • Chili Cheese Spread
    • 1 lb uncooked gronud turkey breast
    • 1 tsp finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo
    • 1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
    • 2 large, whole pitas, havled
    • 1/2 med cucumber cut into bite-size strips
    • 8 small slices tomato


    Instructions


    1. Prepare chili cheese spread and set aside. In med bowl, combine turkey, chili peppers and the oregano. Shape into 4 patties.
    2. Grill patties on the rack of uncovered grill directly over med heat 10-13 minutes, turning once through cooking.
    3. Open cut sides of halved pitas to make pockets. Spread cheese inside add cucumber, patties and tomato.
