Layered Cobb Salad

List of Ingredients
- 6 cups romain, washed & sliced
- 1/2 lb grape tomatoes, halved
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
- 1 large red onion, peeled nad sliced
- 1 lb cooked med-size shrimp, peeled
- 1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
- Place lettuce in bottom of 14-cup glass bowl, pack down.
- Layer tomatoes, chicken, avocados, onion and shrimp. Press lightly.
- Spread with dressing. Refrigerate, at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
