List of Ingredients
ADOBO MARINADE
10 lb. skirt steak
2 tbl. Adobo
1 bunch cilantro
.25 cup fresh garlic paste
1 cup olive oil
SALAD
2 oz. grilled skirt steak, marinated in adobo
1/2 oz. Roasted Oyster mushrooms
1/2 oz. Roasted Shiitaki mushrooms
1/2 Julienne Red Onion
2 oz. lo mein noodles
Cilantro Pesto
CILANTRO PESTO
1 lb Cilantro
1/2 cup Pine Nuts
.20 oz Garlic cloves
Salt and Pepper
3 cups Olive OilRecipe
ADOBO MARINADE
1. Combine ingredients, coat steaks and refrigerate, at least 1 hour.
PESTO - blend ingredients smooth
ASSEMBLY
1. Pan fry the mushrooms, slice the grilled skirt steak into short strips.
2. Cook lo mein noodles, drain and add to the mushrooms.
3. Toss with the pesto sauce and top with grilled skirt steak.
