List of Ingredients
- 10-oz bag steam-freash rice
- Half a seedless cucumber, sliced
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 6 radishes, sliced
- 6 oz imitation crab, in bite sizes
- 1 cup thawed shelled Edamame
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/3 cup bottled Asian salad dressing
Instructions
- Microwave rice as directed, put in bowl, cover and place in freezer 5 minutes to quick chill.
- Toss all ingredients together.
