List of Ingredients
- 2 cup black beans, rinsed and soaked overnight
- 2 tbl. olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tea cumin
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 car jarred salsa
Instructions
- In crock pot, place black beans.
- In skillet heat oil & saute onion and garlic, until onion is soft.
- Add cumin and broth and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Add salsa just before serving. Top with sour cream and chives.
