Easy quick and easily adaptable recipe.
List of Ingredients
- 1 Pound Fusilli Pasta (bow ties, shells)
- 10 oz pkg frozen corn
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1 medium red onion diced
- 12 oz meat (boneless chicken, polish sausage, italian sau)
- 2 tea vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 barbecue sauce
- 1/4 chicken broth
- 1/4 balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse.
- Mix all the rest of the ingrediants together in a dutch oven and cook over medium until meat is cooked through and vegtables are tender.
- Add drained pasta.
- Serve with bread and a large salad.
