    Easy quick and easily adaptable recipe.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Pound Fusilli Pasta (bow ties, shells)
    • 10 oz pkg frozen corn
    • 1 stalk celery diced
    • 1 medium red onion diced
    • 12 oz meat (boneless chicken, polish sausage, italian sau)
    • 2 tea vegetable oil
    • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
    • 1/4 barbecue sauce
    • 1/4 chicken broth
    • 1/4 balsamic vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse.
    2. Mix all the rest of the ingrediants together in a dutch oven and cook over medium until meat is cooked through and vegtables are tender.
    3. Add drained pasta.

    4. Serve with bread and a large salad.
