- 1 cup safe margarine
- 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 cups unbleached flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Cream margarine until light and fluffy. Add sugar and blend. Stir in flour and vanilla, mixing well.
- Form cookies into balls, using 1 teaspoon of dough for each cookie.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10-14 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Transfer warm cookies onto a tray lined with waxed paper, and sift powdered sugar over the top. Turn over and repeat to cover all sides.
