Eggnog Cookies

Recipe Introduction
These cookies were a hit at last year's Christmas Party. I found myself making more than originally planned because I kept eating them while cooking.
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup White Sugar
- 3/4 Cup of Soft Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Eggnog
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 2 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven to 300 Degrees.
- Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Nutmeg.
- Cream Sugar and Butter until light in color. Add Eggnog, Vanilla and Egg Yolks. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
- Add Flour mix and beat until just combined.
- Drop teaspoon size on greased cookie sheets 1 inch apart. Sprinkle with nutmeg
- Bake 20-23 Minutes. Makes 6 dozen
