    Recipe Introduction


    These cookies were a hit at last year's Christmas Party. I found myself making more than originally planned because I kept eating them while cooking.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 Cup White Sugar
    • 3/4 Cup of Soft Butter
    • 1/2 Cup of Eggnog
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • 2 Egg Yolks
    • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
    • 2 1/4 Cups Flour
    • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the Oven to 300 Degrees.
    2. Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Nutmeg.
    3. Cream Sugar and Butter until light in color. Add Eggnog, Vanilla and Egg Yolks. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
    4. Add Flour mix and beat until just combined.
    5. Drop teaspoon size on greased cookie sheets 1 inch apart. Sprinkle with nutmeg
    6. Bake 20-23 Minutes. Makes 6 dozen
