2T. horseradish
2T. mayo
1t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2t. salt
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
6 thin slices boiled ham
Beat horseradish, mayo, Worcestershire, salt & cream cheese until it reaches spreading consistency.
Place 1 ham slice on a sheet of wax paper. Spread 1/5 of horseradish mixture.
Layer with remaining ham & horseradish mixture, ending with a ham slice.
Wrap in wax paper. Freeze 2 hours or overnight. Cut into small cubes.
Spear each cube with a toothpick. Let stand 1 hour before serving.
Makes 36 appetizers.
