    Easy Potato Bread

    for bread machines
    1 1/2 pound loaf

    2 teaspoons active dry yeast
    3 cups bread flour
    1/4 cup instant potato flakes
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    3/4 cup milk about 80 degrees
    3/8 cup water about 80 degrees

    Place ingredients in bread pan, select white bread, and light crust.
    Start.
