    Onion Dill Bread

    1 pkg (1/4 oz.) active dry yeast
    3-1/2 c bread flour
    1/4 t salt
    1 unbeaten egg, room temperature
    1/4 c water
    3/4 c cream-style cottage cheese
    3/4 c sour cream
    3 T sugar
    3 T minced dried onion
    2 T dill seed
    1-1/2 T butter or margarine

    In a bread machine pan, place first four ingredients in order given. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and heat just until warm (do not boil). Pour into bread pan. Select "white bread" setting. Bake according to bread machine directions.

    Yields a 1-1/2 lb loaf
