    Chowmein and Nut Candies

    A Dear Friend
    12 ounces candy coating (found in baking and/or craft stores)
    1½ cups chowmein noodles
    1 cup salted peanuts

    Melt chocolate in a double boiler, add the noodles and and peanuts. Drop by spoonfuls on a sheet pan covered with waxed paper. Let harden.
