One Dish Chicken and Rice Casserole

1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water (increase to 1 1/3 for creamier rice)
3/4 cup uncooked regular white rice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
In 2 qt. shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice and spices. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover. Bake at 375°F for 45 min. or until chicken and rice are done
