2 lb round steak or beef stew meat
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 small onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp soy sauce or worcestershire sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed

Cut steak in thin strips & cut in half again
Mix flour, pepper, salt and garlic powder together, coat meat and brown
Mix milk with cream of mushroom soup, pour in crockpot
Add floured meat
Cook on low 5 hours-stir occasionally
Last 1/2 hour, add cream cheese, stir until cream cheese is melted
Serve over noodles or rice
