    2 LB TRI TIP MEAT, SLICED 3/4" THICK
    1 8 OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
    1 12 OZ CAN OF BEER (LAGER)
    2 TEASPOONS MUSTARD
    3 TEASPOONS BUTTER
    3 TEASPOONS CHILI POWDER
    1 TEASPOON SALT
    1 TEASPOON GARLIC
    1 MEDIUM GREEN BELL PEPPER SLICED
    1 MEDIUM RED BELL PEPPER SLICED
    1 MEDIUM WHITE ONION SLICED

    1. IN CROCKPOT ADD ALL OF THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND STIR.

    2. COOK ON LOW FOR 8 TO 10 HOURS. THE LONGER THE BETTER.

    3. CAN BE EATEN WITH TORTILLAS, SERVED OVER RICE, OR EATEN WITH BREAD
