    Triple Chocolate Muffins

    1 box devil's food cake mix (unprepared)
    1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix (unprepared)
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup regular sour cream
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/3 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup water
    1/2-1 cup chocolate chips
    sugar

    Sift together cake mix, flour, and pudding mix. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and sugar (it will be very thick). Fold in chocolate chips. Fill 18 regular lined muffins tins with batter then sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until tops look dry.
