Hamburger Soup

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon beef bouillon
1 large egg
1/4 cup minced onion
Dash of Season All
3 cups frozen hash browns
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 bag frozen cut green beans
1/2 bag frozen peas and carrots
or any combination of your favorites
8 cups beef stock
In large pot start stock simmering. In small bowl mix oatmeal and bouillon together with 3 Tablespoons very hot water. Let sit. While in another bowl mix together hamburger, egg, onion and dash of Season All. Combine. Add potatoes to broth mixture and bring to a slow boil. Drop meat mixture by heaping tablespoons into hot stock. Add frozen vegetables and simmer 15 min.
