Unstuffed Peppers
2 pounds ground beef[I use 93percent lean]
1 can 28 ounces Tomato Sausce
28 ounce can diced tomatoes undrained
2 cups uncooked rice
2 cups chopped green pepper
2 beef boullion cubes
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Brown beef, in a in a 5 quart or larger pot, drain.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
