    Chicken Satay Skewers

    • 1/2 c. hoisin sauce
    • 1/2 c. soy sauce
    • 3 T. honey
    • 11/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast cut in 24 slices


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce and honey; mix well. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce. Put chicken strips on one end of skewers and baste both sides of chicken with sauce. Grill for 4 minutes each side. Baste cooked chidken with reserved sauce before serving.
