Garlic Herb Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices*
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
2/3 cup McCormick® Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic & Herb Grilling Sauce , divided
1. Place shrimp, zucchini, bell pepper and onion in a large bowl. Pour in 1/3 cup grilling sauce. Toss all ingredients to coat well. Reserve remaining 1/3 cup grilling sauce.
2. Thread shrimp and vegetables onto metal skewers, alternating ingredients.
3. Grill skewers over direct high heat 7-8 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and vegetables are crisp-tender; turn and brush occasionally with reserved 1/3 cup grilling sauce.
*May substitute fresh mushrooms for some of the zucchini if desired.
