Grilled Chicken w/Honey and Rosemary

6 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1. In small bowl, blend honey, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Reserve 3 tablespoons to brush on chicken during grilling. Place chicken in glass baking dish; pour remaining honey mixture over chicken. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes to marinate, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Heat grill. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once and brushing with reserved marinade.
