PAM® No-Stick Cooking Spray
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1 pound peeled, cleaned large shrimp
Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine cheese and seasoning. Spray shrimp with cooking spray for 5 seconds. Coat shrimp with cheese mixture. Place on baking sheet; gently spray with cooking spray again for 5 seconds.
Place under broiler 3 to 4 inches from source of heat for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
