Salisbury Steak

1 pound lean ground beef
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg white
1/4 tsp garlic powder
vegetable cooking spray
1 jar Pepperidge Farms gravy - Hearty Beef variety
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
In large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg white, garlic powder. Firmly shape into 6 oval patties. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Over med-high heat, cook patties until browned, set aside. Stir gravy and mushrooms into skillet. Heat to boiling. Return patties to pan, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occassionally. Serve over egg noodles.
