    Shrimp and Artichoke Pizza

    ½ lb. raw large shrimp(about 12), peeled, deveined and cut lengthwise in half
    ½ package (9 oz. size) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed (about 1 cup)1 large tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
    3 T. chopped fresh or 1T. drued basil leaves
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 t. olive oil
    ¼ t. pepper
    1 12 inch pizza crust (like boboli)
    ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)

    Mix shrimp, artichoke hearts, tomato, basil, lemon juice, oil and pepper. Heat oven to 425º (or according to packaged crust instructions). Sprinkle crust with mozzarella cheese. Top with shrimp mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
