Chicken in Fillo

3/4 c. chopped green onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. dry tarragon
1/2 c. melted butter
12 sheets filo
6 chicken breasts, boned
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Mix together onions, mayonnaise, 2 cloves garlic and tarragon. Combine 1 garlic and butter; melt. Take 1 sheet filo and spread with butter, lay another sheet of filo on top; spread with butter. Cover chicken breast with mayonnaise mixture and fold up in filo. Place on ungreased baking pan. Repeat this process until all chicken breasts are wrapped in filo. Brush all with butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 370 degrees for 25 minutes.
