1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan chesse
4 whole chicken breasts- skinless cut into 8 halves. I like only dark meat choice is yours
In a plastic bag combine one packet of good seasons Italian dressing mix and 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
Add the chicken and shake.
Place coated pieces on a cookie sheet and bake at 400º for 15 -20 minutes on each side.
I cool and freeze in individual bags for later use, as is or cut over a garden salad, in a pasta salad, etc.
