Pineapple Pork

2 to 3 lb. pork chops, thin cut
1/2 c. brown sugar
8 oz. sliced pineapple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange pork chops in a single
layer on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over pork
chops. Top with pineapple slices and pour pineapple juice over
top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Serve with whiterice.
