    Holiday Sweet Potatoes

    A Dear Friend


    1 23 oz. can sweet potatoes, mashed and drained
    ½ t. salt
    ¼ c. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    ¼ t. cinnamon

    Topping:
    ¼ c. butter, melted
    3 T. Flour
    ½ c. pecans, chopped
    ¾ c. brown sugar

    Mix first 6 ingredients together, and place in baking dish. Crumble topping ingredients together and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
    4 to 6 servings


    you may halve the topping ingredients ( I was told not to because this is the best part)
