    Fruit Smoothie

    Makes 2 servings.

    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
    1 frozen banana
    1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
    1 3/4 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes*
    or 6 packets Equal® sweetener*
    or 1/4 cup Equal® Spoonful™*

    Recipe

    Peel and cut bananas into large chunks. Place in ziplock bag, seal, and freeze at least 5-6 hours or overnight.

    Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
