    Peanut Butter Shake

    Makes 4 servings.

    3 cups lowfat milk

    1/4 cup peanut butter

    3 Tbsp honey

    1/2 tsp vanilla

    Recipe

    Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate or keep cool until ready to drink.
