2 medium bananas
1 cup diced pineapple
1 tsp coconut extract
2 Tbsp lime juice
3 tsp sugar
3 cups skim milk (nonfat, fluid)
1 cup ice cubes
Recipe
Place the bananas in a blender and pureé. Add the remaining ingredients and purée until smooth. Makes 6 (1 cup) Servings.
