    Makes six 1/2 cup servings.

    1-1/2 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

    1 Tbsp sesame oil

    3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

    1/2 tsp marjoram

    2 Tbsp chopped toasted cashews, unsalted

    Recipe



    Steam the asparagus in a metal steamer over boiling water for about 6 to 7 minutes. Drain. Combine asparagus with remaining ingredients and serve.
