    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp reduced-fat mayo
    • 2 Tbsp non-fat or low-fat plain yogurt
    • 1/2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl;whisk until blended.
    2. Makes about 1/4 cup. The mayo will keep,covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
