    ¾ cup butter, softened
    ½ cup white sugar
    ¾ cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 ¼ cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    ½ tsp salt
    2 ¾ cups rolled oats (preferably organically grown)
    1 cup raisins (organic)

    Recipe



    1 - preheat oven to 375 degrees F
    2 - In a large bowl, cream together butter & sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs & vanilla. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.Beat into butter mixture. Stir in oats & raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
    3 - Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown.
