List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups beef broth, low salt
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
4 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 eggs
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
Blend all ingredients in a large bowl until just combined. Let dough rest 15 minutes before rolling out.
Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 1 inch squares, or use dog bone shaped cookie cutter. (My dog Tobi doesn't much care about the shape!) Place on baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. Store in air-tight container or freeze until needed.
