This is a very simple and basic recipe that can be adapted to use many ingredients. Also, this can be cooked at home in the oven. They can be made ahead of time, and have the kids warm them up. Even have dad do it, it is that easy.

Recipe
Serves: 6 to 10
Time required: Prepare: 10 minutes Cook: 10 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Directions
1. Start coals. Have firefighting tools near by.
2. Cut 2 foil pieces per roll, big enough to roll 1 mexi-roll.
3. Place foil shinny side up, and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Lay 1 tortilla on foil.
5. Cover tortilla completely with, except for 1 inch from edge, beef, sausage, salsa, and cheese.
6. Roll tortilla into a tube. Halfway through, fold ends in to seal tube, and then finish rolling.
7. Place tortilla seam side down. Roll the foil around the shell and seal. Do again with another piece of foil.
8. Place it on hot coals for no more than 3-4 mins. per side (times will vary depending on how hot your coals are). This can burn very easily, so do not set it on real hot coals.
NOTE: Just as in making a foil dinner, you can wrap the food with a layer of foil. Then put newspaper or insulation like leaves or needles around it. Finally, put another piece of foil on it, making the seams on opposite sides. Also, make sure to make the seams lay flat. With the seams flat and on opposite side, you will get even cooking.
9. Be careful when eating as the cheese will be very hot. Serve with a side of sour cream or ranch dressing.
Serve with
Rice, dried fruit, and juice drink.
A meal at home when mom can't cook.
