    This is the magazine for the pizza restaurant industry. This is used for dipping breaded and deep fried ravioli for appetizers.

    List of Ingredients




    Tools

    Bowl
    Spoon
    Knife
    Cutting board
    Measuring cup
    Measuring spoons, 1 Tsp, 1 Tbl
    Fine cheese grater


    Ingredients

    2 cloves Garlic, minced and mashed into a paste
    2 Tbl Lemon juice
    1 Tsp Dijon mustard
    1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 C Mayonaise
    1/4 C Parmesan cheese, grated

    Recipe



    Serves: 1 1/4 cup
    Time required: Prepare: 10 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy


    Directions

    1. Prepare all ingredients that need it.

    2. Put garlic in bowl and mash with the back of a spoon.

    3. Combine all ingredients in bowl.


    Serve with

    Breaded deep fried ravioli, or any other appetizer you want.

    Vegetable sticks, or chips.
