    Recipe Introduction

    Trying to get the picky ones to eat fruit, whether they are kids or dads. Kids love dipping fruit into dip.

    List of Ingredients

    Tools

    Blender or food processor
    Can opener
    Measuring cup
    Spoon


    Ingredients

    1 lb. Crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
    2 pkgs. Instant coconut pudding mix, 2 boxes (the 4 serving size)
    1 1/2 C. Milk
    1 C. Sour cream


    Recipe

    Serves: About 5 cups
    Time required: Prepare: 5 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy


    Directions

    1. In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.

    2. Cover; process 30 seconds, or until smooth.

    3. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors.

    4. Serve with fresh fruit.


    Serve with

    Any fruit and most vegetables you like.

    Try it with some fried appetizers.

    Cut up fruit and mix this to cover, and serve as a salad.


    Variations

    *Try adding roasted coconut.

    *Use different syrups to add the kick you want.
