    This is a simple, quick, easy, nutritious, and refreshing recipe. NOTE: To get more texture out of the drink, freeze all of your ingredients before blending.

    Ingredients

    10 Ozs Crushed pineapple in juice
    6 Ozs Ice
    4 Ozs Frozen strawberries
    4 Ozs Vanilla yogurt
    3 Ozs Cream of coconut

    Recipe


    Serves: 1
    Time required: Prepare: 5 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy


    Directions

    1. Add everything in blender.

    2. Blend till smooth and creamy.


    Serve with

    A hot night as dessert before going to bed.

    Oatmeal, french toast, cereal and anything else you have for breakfast.

    Salad and cottage cheese for a quick lunch.

    Sandwiches.


    Variations

    *Use fat free yogurt to make it more healthy.

    *Add ice to give it a more thick texture.

    *Put fruit juice in a concentrated form.

    *Add a protein powder for a more high protein drink.

    *Add in honey to sweeten it up.

    *Add in broken cookies and candy bars that have been frozen.
