This is a recipe for the low carb people to eat a good salad.

Ingredients
4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1 C Sour cream
1/4 C Mayonnaise
2 Tsp Minced garlic
1 Tbl Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Time required: Prepare: 5 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
NOTE: Total Carbs: 14.75 Carbs per Tablespoon: .615
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for up to one week.
Serve with
Salads, vegetable sticks, fried potatoes, sandwich spreads.
