    Here is a stuffed pasta shell the kids will like, and adults can spiff up with some vegetables. Take the recipe and add asparagus, brocolli, or anything you like. Then bread the top and serve it with a great pork chop.

    Tools

    2 Pots
    Strainer
    Stirring spoon
    Grater
    Measuring cup
    Measuring spoon, 1/2 Tsp
    Baking pan


    Ingredients

    1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Condensed cream of celery soup
    1 C (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
    1/4 C Bread crumbs or corn flakes or potato chips
    1 can Tuna, drained and flaked
    1/4 C Butter
    1 lb large Pasta shells, cooked, drained
    1/2 C (1 1/2 ounces) grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
    1/2 Tsp Paprika

    Serves: 10
    Time required: Prepare: 25 minutes Cook: 10 minutes
    Oven temperature: 350 degrees
    Difficulty: Easy


    Directions

    1. Cook pasta shells till almost done. Drain, and coat pasta with melted butter. Set aside.

    2. In a saucepan, while pasta is cooking, heat cream of celery soup; stir until very smooth.

    3. Add Cheddar cheese; stir over low heat until well blended.

    4. Stir in bread crumbs; remove from heat.

    5. Mix in tuna.

    6. Distribute an even amount of tuna stuffing into each pasta shell.

    7. Arrange stuffed shells in a baking pan.

    8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

    9. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes; serve hot.


    Serve with

    A broiled pork chop, green salad, crusty bread and pie for dessert.

    Grilled chicken with a citrus marinade, or mexican vinegrette marinade.


    Variations

    *Add cooked peas to the stuffing for kids.

    *Add cooked asparagus or broccolli to the stuffing.

    *Add some bread crumbs on the top with some grilled onions.

    *Use cream of chicken, celery, onion soups instead or in combination.
