Grill Machine Marinated Pork Chops

Everyone has the George Foreman Grilling Machine. Here is a recipe for it. In the restaurant, George's grill is called a Panini Grill. This is what cooks the meat to give it grill marks, then it is cooked on the regular grill or in the oven.

Ingredients
4 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/4 lb. each
1/2 C Italian dressing
1/2 C Chilli sauce
Salt and Pepper
Recipe
Serves: 4 or me
Time required: Prepare: 5 minutes Marinate: 15 minutes Cook: 10 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Directions
1. Preheat grill machine.
2. Arrange pork chops in a shallow dish. Pour dressing over top and marinate 15 minutes.
3. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade.
4. Season both sides of pork with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Transfer pork chops to hot grill. Close cover and cook 4-7 minutes, depending on thickness of chops. (If thinner chops, cook less; if bone-in, cook longer.) Serve with chilli sauce.
Serve with
Green salad, crusty bread, rice pilaf, fruit for dessert.
Serve over rice, hearty soup, bread, smoothie.
Variations
*Add some cayenne pepper to the marinade.
*Cook some new potatoes with the same marinade, and grill them the same way.
