8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
½ CUP CHOPPED FRESH BASIL LEAVES
1 SHALLOT, FINELY CHOPPED
2 TBSP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1 TBSP RED WINE OR BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 TSP PREPARED HORSERADISH
SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE
¼ CUP CHOPPED WALNUTSRecipe
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE WALNUTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH.
STIR IN THE WALNUTS.
SERVE WITH RAW VEGETABLES FOR DIPPING.
