List of Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) ctn. Sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream cheese
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
Tabasco to taste
4 green onions, chopped
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shreddedRecipe
Cream together beans, sour cream, cream cheese, taco seasoning and green onions.
Add half of the Monterey and cheddar cheeses. When well mixed,
place in small baking dish.
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
Remove and top with remainder of cheeses.
Bake additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips
