HOT PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD

2 (12 oz) packages of medium cheddar cheese
2 (7 oz) jars chopped pimento
1 large onion
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Recipe
In a food processor, on medium, grate the cheese and the onion. Switch to a flat blade, and mix all the rest of the ingredients in.
This spread will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
To make the spread into a dip, add more sour cream, until you reach your preferred dipping consistency.
