SANDY'S BAKED APPLES IN A POT

List of Ingredients
medium sized sauce pan
apples peeled and sliced fairly thin
1/3 cup margarine
sugar to taste (depending on type of apple used)
cinnamon to taste
vanilla ( I like it so lots of it) to taste
water about inch on bottom of pan???
minute tapioca ( my gang likes it so I throw in a few handfuls)
Recipe
cook over medium heat til apples are tender and tapioca is cooked. stir often.
Notes by Sandy: I hate to bake apples using the oven for them seemed silly so I came up with this. They will fight over the last of it and even eat it cold. But warm is best. With the amount of tapioca I use it's almost to solid to spoon when cold.
