    3 cups fresh blueberries
    3 cups corn flakes
    1 cup sugar (divided)
    ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    4½ Tablespoons melted butter
    3 teaspoons lemon juice

    Recipe



    Combine corn flakes, ½ cup of the sugar, cinnamon and butter. Toss lightly.

    In another bowl, combine the blueberries with the lemon juice and the other ½ cup of sugar.

    In a 1 quart casserole dish, arrange alternate layers of corn flake mixture and blueberry mixture, starting and ending with a layer of corn flakes.

    Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 25 minutes, or until berries are soft.

    Can be served plain or with whipped cream.

    Makes six servings
