DEEP DISH BLUEBERRY PIE

4 cups fresh blueberries
2 Tablespoons flour
dash of salt
1 Tablespoon butter
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon nutmeg
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
I pie crust
Recipe
Wash and drain blueberries. Mix sugar, flour salt, nutmeg and lemon juice. Gently fold blueberries into mixture, until fruit is coated.
Turn into a deep baking dish, and dot with butter. Cover with pie crust.
Bake at 400° for about 30 minutes.
